The social work team at La Alianza, conducted social research in Honduras, to search for a family resource for an adolescent of Honduran nationality, a victim of human trafficking in Guatemala.

Co-ordinations were then carried out with entities such as the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Secretariat Against Sexual Violence, Exploitation and Trafficking in Persons, and the National Attorney General’s Office, for a safe repatriation, applying the Safe Repatriation Protocol for Victims of Trafficking in Persons .

These efforts are all part of the on-going work at La Alianza working for the benefit of all children.
