ADVOCACY – La Alianza, Guatemala – participation in the National forum on childhood and adolescence

Last year, efforts were made to promote a national forum on childhood and adolescence, involving all social sectors and formulating public policies address and advocate for the rights of those segments of the population.

The Congressional Commission on Children and the Family recently convened this dialogue in February, with the presence of people from various social sectors, including a civil society technical panel that has provided support and advice to the President of the Commission, and in which ALA participates, as part of the Red Niño Niña conglomerate, in order to advance the dialogue and make policies in the best interest of children and adolescents.
