On November 28, a forum was organised with the support of UNICEF, UN Women and the Cultural Center of Spain in Guatemala, on “Child marriage, early unions and pregnancies in child and adolescent girls in the context of violence against women”, with the UN Women leadership, within the framework of the 16 days of activism against violence against women, Carolina Escobar Sarti said: “Public policies are lacking, and properly sensitised teams are needed, and not only the goodwill of people working from civil society and politicians of the day. What affects women affects the whole society”
